We couldn’t make the Amacon Mississauga Rotary Ribfest the success it is every year without the help of our amazing volunteers. Each year, some 300-450 generous souls sign up and turn out to help us at the Rotary Clubs of Mississauga and Mississauga West with our biggest annual fundraiser. Together we raise thousands of dollars that’s given right back to the community to support youth programs, people in need, and humanitarian causes.

Click on the link below and fill out the application to be part of our volunteer team at this year’s Ribfest, at Erin Mills Town Centre, 5100 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga. Simply select the dates, and shifts you want, and click send at the bottom of the page. We will be finalizing shift assignments the last week of June and will email your individual schedule by July 3rd.

Preparing to volunteer at Ribfest

The event will happen rain or shine, and it’s important to dress appropriately. Be sure to bring sun screen, hats, walking shoes or other items that will make you comfortable. A vest to identify you as a volunteer will be issued when you check in for your shift. For those working double shifts a meal voucher will be given out either between shifts or at the end of your shift. Please arrive at the registration desk at least 10 minutes before your shift time for check in and orientation.
