At the heart of Mississauga Rotary Ribfest are the legendary ribbers — masters of the grill who travel across North America serving up award-winning BBQ. Get ready for the ultimate rib showdown, with six professional rib teams firing up their smokers and competing for your taste buds.

From slow-cooked pork ribs glazed in signature sauces to fall-off-the-bone beef ribs, smoky grilled chicken, and juicy sausages, each ribber brings their own style, flavour, and flair. Whether you prefer sweet, tangy, spicy, or smoky — you’ll find your perfect plate here.

Expect long lines (because they’re that good), mouth-watering aromas, and messy, saucy fingers — just the way BBQ should be. Don’t forget to vote for your favourite ribber and let them know who ruled Ribfest 2025!
