What You Need to Know About Mississauga Ribfest?

  • Friday July 12 – 11 am to 11 pm (Opening Ceremony @ 5 pm)
  • Saturday July 13 – 11 am to 11 pm
  • Sunday July 14 – 11 am to 7 pm

This event is raising funds for leading edge, lifesaving equipment for Trillium Health Partners and Rotary Supported Charities. There is a charitable entry fee of $2 (Cash) per person, children 5 and under are free.

A VIP Ticket includes complimentary admission, valid for 3 days of the event so come back again and again. Fast Pass which allows you to avoid Ribber lineups and jump to the Fast Pass lane. Access to the private, tented Mosey & Mosey Lounge with covered tables and a premium view of the stage.

Located in the North Parking lot of Erin Mills Town Centre, the site is all on flat pavement. Parking is available around the mall and there are various spots for vehicles with accessibility permits. There is a wheelchair accessible washroom on site as well as in the mall during open hours.

The Amacon Mississauga Rotary Ribfest is a success every year with the help of our amazing volunteers. Each year, some 250-300 volunteers sign up to help us out at Ribfest, Rotary’s biggest annual fundraiser. Together we have raised 2 million to date, that is given right back to the community to support youth programs, people in need, and humanitarian causes. Of course, this is a family friendly event, with something for everyone including carnival games, face painting, balloon twisters, meet Mickey Mouse, and live music. Don’t forget to get your iconic red cowboy hat from our presenting sponsor Amacon!

We don’t allow outside beverages or food (aside from formula) to be brought to the event. There will be plenty of options for beverages at the event.

Due to safety, other than mobility aids, other equipment such as bikes, Segway, scooters, skateboards are not allowed inside the enclosed Ribfest area of the event. Thank you for your co-operation!

Most of the vendors will be cash only including entrances. There are ATM’s in the mall during opening hours and there will be 4 ATM machines in the Ribfest area. The use of credit cards will be accepted for the Raffle, Bar Beverages and VIP Tickets.

Service animals (with documentation) are welcome, but pets are not permitted inside the venue.

All proceeds from this event will go towards the Trillium Health Partners Foundation in support leading edge, lifesaving equipment and other Rotary supported charities.

Located at Erin Mills Town Town Centre (5100 Erin Mills Parkway, corner of Erin Mills Pkwy and Eglinton Ave. West). The mall can be accessed from the 401, 403, and 407 series highways. Erin Mills Town Centre Bus Terminal is located directly at the back of the mall.
